The UAE is growing every year, becoming a hub for foreign investors. In the first 8 months of 2021, there were 16,000 new registered companies. The legal form of a director in the UAE differs from forms in other countries, for example, countries in the CIS region.

The UAE is a relatively new country, and its legislation has been influenced by several countries’ legislation frameworks (for example, Egyptian and French legislations), with Sharia Law being the core foundation for many Laws in the country.

For the past few decades, the UAE became the hub for attracting direct foreign investments, as investors are opening companies, and international company branches. Each jurisdiction of the country has its own legislation, which lists the arrangements for establishing and operational procedures, including the arrangements for a company’s nominee.

The UAE is commonly known as the ground for Foreign Direct investments (FDI) influx. The Government has already issued new Decisions to optimize the entry strategies on the local markets. The UAE is an investment management center in the Middle East region.
